Moreover, since we work with master craftsmen, we can ensure meticulous care in the fabrication of each piece.

 

Where are the STIP products made?

How should I look after the product to lengthen its useful life?

 

As a general rule, we would say that the products should be treated with common sense. In this respect, there are some basic tricks like not overloading them or using a damp cloth to clean them that will make them last for a long, long time. In any case, each product comes with its maintenance instructions which will ensure a long life.

How do I place an order?

 

If you shop from European Union, you can place your order via our website. All you need to do is to add the products to the cart and proceed to checkout. To finalize the transaction, we need you to provide us the necessary information.

If you place your order from the rest of the world, just send us an email with your needs and we will make the process as easy as possible for you.

 

How can I pay for my order?

 

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro as well as PayPal.

How do I apply a discount/gift coupon?

 

If you have a coupon you can use it on the checkout page. Just before selecting the form of payment, look for the box indicating the coupon and introduce your code.

 

Are taxes included?

 

Prices of all products include taxes (VAT) for purchases made in the European Union. If the order has to go through customs, additional charges might be generated depending on the destination country, in which case these charges will be paid by the customer.

 

Are import duties included in the price?

 

If the delivery is made to a country that charges customs or import duties, these will be charged when the package reaches the destination country, in which case STIP does not pay these charges. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges and we cannot inform you about the cost. Customs policies vary from one country to another, so if you have any query in this respect, please get in touch with your local customs office.

 

Why has my card been rejected?

 

Check that you have entered the 16 digits of your card correctly without spaces or dashes in between. Also ensure that you have correctly indicated the CVV code. This comprises the 3 numbers located at the back of your card on the right of the white band. If you continue to have problems, write to us and tell us exactly what is happening and we will try to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

 

Can I request a bill?

 

Of course, you can request it from us by email or directly from the e-shop if you place your order from Europe.

Which countries does STIP ship to?

 

We currently ship worldwide, but you should bear in mind that the customs may levy charges or duties if you shop from the outside of the European Union.

 

How much does STIP charge for shipping?

 

It depends on the type of product and on the destination country. For delivery in Europe we offer free shipping. If you shop from the rest of the world, just contact us and we will quote your product(s) shipping.

 

How long do I have to wait for my products?

 

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders ship within a few days. Delivery time may vary depending on destination and we do our best to get your order to you quickly. We will make sure to let you know when your product is expected to be shipped.

Do my STIP products come with a guarantee?

 

Our philosophy is the full satisfaction of our customers.Our products come with a 2 years guarantee starting from the day you received the product. You should therefore always keep your sales receipts and delivery statements.

If the product has any manufacturing defect, we will be delighted to replace it free of charge, although you should bear in mind that we will not replace products that have deteriorated due to inappropriate use.

 

 

Returns

 

 

What is STIP’s return policy?

 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from STIP. If you are not happy with your item, you may return your undamaged and unused STIP purchase within 14 days. Remember that the product must be returned in the original packaging.Due to the high quality of the STIP products, the customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning an item.

The cost will be refunded to you by the same form of payment selected.

 

What can I do if a product arrived damaged?

 

Our aim is to provide products that are fully functional and made with superior-quality craftsmanship. Once you have received your delivery, please inspect it for quality. We will return, refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. Please get in touch with us

 

Complaints regarding missing merchandise, errors or hidden damages must be communicated to the company by means of a registered letter, sent no more than eight days after the date of consignment. The lack of such a communication, within this period, will be taken as tacit acceptance of the merchandise on the part of the client.

 

What do I need to do if I want to return a product?
